Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between HS COM and any buyer making a purchase on the hs-com.fr website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of consultation. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. HS COM reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). HS COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order. HS COM reserves the right to cancel any order in case of availability issues or suspicious payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website (credit card, etc.). Transactions are secured. The debit is made at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during the order. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, HS COM cannot be held responsible if this delay is due to a force majeure event or the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@hs-com.fr. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the order.

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

HS COM cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. You can also resort to consumer mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Modification of T&Cs

HS COM reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.
